Return and Refund Policy

 

HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCELLATION & MODIFY A PRODUCT?

  1. Cancel/Modify: We, at al-haytham, believe in providing our customers with ample information to make informed purchases. If you need to cancel or modify the order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept cancellations/modifications after 24 hours or once the order has entered the printing process.

  2. Item Not as Described: If the item received is not as described (including wrong color, design, wrong size, wrong style, or poor quality), please provide proof, and our team will resend a replacement at no additional cost. You can keep the item as a token of apology for the mistake.

  3. Exchange Policy: If you received the correct item but wish to exchange it for any reason, you can return the item and place a new order. If there is a change in size/design/color due to a mistake, a small handling and shipping fee will apply:

    • Product under $30: $10
    • Product from $30 to $50: $20
    • Product from $50 to $100: $30
    • Product over $100: $40 You don’t need to send the item back. Simply contact us at info@al-haytham.com, specify your issue, and indicate the items you want to exchange. We will create a new order and send you an invoice for the handling and shipping fees. Follow the instructions to complete the new order.
  4. Damaged/Faulty Item: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you do not need to return it. You can keep, give away, or donate the item. Contact us at info@al-haytham.com, specify your issue, and attach a photo of the damaged item. If the damage is visible in the photo, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

  5. Refunds: You are protected by our Buyer Protection Program. If you don’t receive your product within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you 100% of your money, no questions asked.
